What are the shipping services?

ITALY (including islands) - SAN MARINO
  • DHL Standard Shipping
    Totally free of charge if the order reaches a minimum amount of 500€. Standard shipping takes approximately 3-4 working days for delivery in Italy and is an uninsured service.
  • DHL Express Shipping
    It has a fixed cost of 9.99€ regardless of the weight of the product. Express shipping is by air and takes approximately 2-3 working days for delivery within Italy. Insurance on the full value of the goods is included.
  • DHL Marking
    Cash on delivery has a cost of €15.00. This is the €9.99 express delivery service with the added cost of payment collection. This type of delivery involves paying cash to the courier and takes 2-3 working days. Contents insurance is included.
OUTSIDE ITALIAN TERRITORY
  • DHL Economy Shipping
    This service has a fixed cost of €19.99 per order. It is handled by DHL's truck service and takes 4-7 working days. Insurance on the value of the contents is not included.
  • DHL Express Worldwide Shipping
    DHL express worldwide shipping has a fixed cost of €39.99 per order. It is an air shipment and takes approximately 3 working days. Full value insurance is included in the price.

What is meant by working days?

Working days are Monday to Friday. For each delivery service, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not considered working days and the delivery time is calculated from the day after order collection.


What happens if I am not at home on the delivery day?

The courier will try to contact you at the phone number you entered in your order and, if no agreement is reached, the parcel will be deposited at the nearest DHL centre. In some cases a second delivery may be attempted if agreed by phone with the courier.


How can I cancel my order?

If the shipment has already started, you can still cancel the order. Simply refuse the delivery by specifying to the courier that the package must be returned. As soon as the shipment arrives back at our premises we will process the refund of your purchase.


How can I change the delivery address?

If your address is wrong but the destination postcode is correct, you can contact DHL customer service yourself and ask for the address to be corrected.
If the postcode is incorrect, please contact Refurbis customer service with the new information. We will inform DHL of the change and will not charge you any additional delivery costs.


What happens if the parcel arrives damaged?

It is always necessary to sign the delivery with the 'control reservation' to prevent any problems such as break-ins or transport damage. If you have purchased a service including insuranceSimply contact Refurbis support by email within 24 hours of receipt, enclosing detailed photographs of the package and product. We will then open a claim with DHL's insurance company to promptly obtain a refund for the damage.
You can ask us to repair the fault, request a return or a free replacement with a similar product.
