ECOMMERCE WITHDRAWAL CONDITIONS
Every product purchased on Refurbis.com can be returned or replaced with another model within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product by the carrier.
If I decide to return it because different from descriptionor for malfunctions, will be our care send our courier to your home and return the item to our warehouse.
The timing of refund/replacement will be very short and within 3-4 days you will receive the correct product or the funds credited to your account.
If, on the other hand, I intended to return it or exchange it for a error on purchase, a afterthought or any other reason not dependent on our oversight or negligenceit will be your responsibility to send it back to us using careful packaging, and from the refund (which will take place within 7 working days of receipt of the product) will be curtailed our stranded costs (outward shipping, credit card or PayPal fees, deferred payment fees, packaging costs and possible shipping insurance costs).
Note: part of the actual outward shipping costs are included in the price of the device. In the event of withdrawal due to our negligence, the full amount spent will be refunded, but on returns due to second thoughts the actual outward shipping cost incurred by us will be calculated and cannot be refunded.
Finally, it is important that even in the event of a return, our anti-tear guarantee seal remains intact, and is not damaged and/or removed. Read more about our warranty conditions.
WITHDRAWAL CONDITIONS PHYSICAL SHOPS
In the case of purchases at one of Refurbis®'s physical points of sale, different legal conditions regarding return policies apply.
It is only possible, in case of malfunction, to return a purchased product within 7 days of purchase in exchange for a voucher of equal value for replacement with a different product.
If the replaced product has a higher value than the returned product, it will be necessary to supplement the difference. Conversely, the Refurbis® team will issue a voucher to the value of the difference that can be spent in one of the group's sales outlets.
The returned product must be understood to be in the same condition as the sale. An exchange of goods or a voucher of equal value is not applicable if the item shows discrepancies, even minimal, with respect to the initial condition of sale.
Refunds, in the case of purchases from physical shops, are in no case applicable.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without stating reasons, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you acquires physical possession of the last good.

of its decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an express declaration.
You may use the standard withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not obligatory. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, due to any negligence on our part, we shall reimburse you for all payments you have made to us, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
Such refunds will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any costs as a consequence of such a refund. The refund may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until the consumer proves that he/she has returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You are kindly requested to return the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any case within 5 days after you have informed us of your withdrawal from this contract.
The costs of returning the goods will be borne by you, as well as commissions and non-recoverable costs, only in the case of a return due to reconsideration.
You are liable for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from any handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
