Every device on our website is physically available in our Italian warehouseIt has been fully reconditioned and is already ready to be shipped.
For shipments we rely on the DHL courierwhich allows fast delivery times to any country in the European Union.
In this case, every order correctly placed on our website by 12:30 p.m. is processed the same day and delivered throughout Italy within 3 working days (excluding remote areas), and in the rest of Europe within 4-7 working days.
The shipment is always accompanied by a tracking code so that you are aware of the status of the delivery in real time.
We offer the possibility to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the moment the device is delivered by the courier, regardless of the reason.
However, in the case of returns for a so-called 'reconsideration', i.e. for a reason not due to negligence on the part of the company, the shipping of the item will be borne by the purchaser and the costs incurred will be deducted.

ReturnsOur return rate is below 1%, as each product is not put on sale unless it first passes all rigorous functional tests, but infallibility certainly does not exist.
Should you have any problems with one of our products, simply call our customer support on the phone or send an e-mail to support@refurbis.comone of our representatives will call you or answer you explaining the process, which can be summarised as follows:
- Home collection of the damaged product at our charge (within the first 14 days of purchase), or shipment of the damaged product at your charge (within the warranty period)
- Warranty Seal Breakdown Verification by us and then validation checks of the warranty on the object
- Functional pre-testwhich also includes the approximately 40 tests carried out during Initial Reconditioning
- Repair under warranty, totally at our charge (if not repairable, we will also replace the entire logic board or device)
- Reshipment entirely at our chargeby express courier (shipment insured in full, and delivered in Italy in 2 days)
The repair time depends very much on the type of problem encountered, but usually the whole process does not take longer than 15 working days (plus shipping time).

- International Keyboards are the most similar to the Italian ones, the alphabetical and numerical characters are placed in the same order. The only more 'obvious' difference relates to accented characters. They are not natively entered on the keyboard, but can be typed by pressing the key you wish to accentuate for longer.
Example: to type the letter 'À', simply hold down the letter 'A'. A selection of accents will automatically appear on the screen (just as it always has on iPhones and iPads).
- Swedish/German/Spanish keyboards are almost identical to the Italian ones, again the main difference is in the accented characters. In this case, we supply a professional sticker kit that will totally transform the keyboard into Italian, so there will be no difference at all to the Italian keyboards.

In order to provide you with a better shopping experience, once we have completely wiped the data from a computer, we allow us to configure it for you, as we want to verify that the installed operating system is fully functional in every part.
On each reconditioned computer, a standard user name is then entered (example MacBook Pro), as well as a password created by us.
