- 12-month warranty standard extendable up to 24 months by purchasing the extended warranty

- 14-day withdrawal free for non-compliance or malfunction of the device

Our free support service covers all possible hardware or software damages/defects, but does not cover accidental hardware damage, caused by dropping or liquid intrusion (each product has an internal temperature seal that gets dirty if they are put inside the devices).

The right of withdrawal instead, according to the formula 'satisfaction or money back'It is guaranteed completely free of charge if the device does not correspond to the descriptions provided on our e-commerce, or if it malfunctions in any way.

Withdrawal can also be applied in the event of second thoughts or incorrect purchases, but the refund will be made net of non-recoverable costs.

Once the right of withdrawal has expired, it will no longer be possible to exchange goods or request a refund, as the order will be officially entered in the accounts and can no longer be changed.

In the case of products with integrated battery and/or accessories included (charger, USB cable, headphones)as they are consumable goods and subject to daily wear and tear dependent on user use, the warranty on them is always limited to the first 30 days from the date of invoice/receipt.

Device coverage checks

To check whether an item is still covered by our warranty, please contact our customer service via telephone, email, live chat, or you can fill out the dedicated form in the "assistance"but before doing so, you should:

  • Check the date of purchase the receipt/receipt or invoice issued
  • Make sure it is not a problem of battery or power supply (covered for 30 days only)
  • Check that our seal anti-effraction it is still intact and has not been removed (in some cases it may be placed inside the article, so just do not alter the device during the entire warranty period)

If you cannot trace the purchase invoice, please contact us directly, we will be happy to help you in your search.
We do NOT keep track of receiptsonce it has been issued, you will have to keep it.
In the absence of the original sales receipt, the guarantee cannot be validated.

Please note: If you report a battery and/or charger malfunction (within the first 30 days), wish to cancel (within the first 14 days), or request service (close to the end of the warranty period), you undertake to send the device no later than 5 days from the date of the report. After the 5 days have elapsed, if you have not dispatched the device, you will have to request a new report and the new date of the request will apply. So please be careful to respect the time limits imposed by law, otherwise we will be unable to intervene.

Anti-breaking seal integrity checks

In every refurbished device sold by our company there is a seal of guaranteewhich indicates that the product has been overhauled and has thus been made suitable for sale on our e-commerce.

On laptops our seal is on the back and is easy to verify, but on other devices it is inserted in parts that are not easily visible and can only be verified by our technicians.

It is essential that it remains ALWAYS intact during the warranty period, otherwise we will be unable to intervene free of charge, so be sure not to dismantle the devices or have them checked by technicians from outside our company.
