Extension of our official warranty from 12 months to 24 months

Conditions for activation

The extended warranty service can be activated exclusively if purchased on the same day as a refurbished device.
It is recommended that you add the extended warranty to your shopping cart together with the product you intend to purchase, so as to associate it with it.

Please note: Each warranty extension can be associated with a single product. If added to the shopping cart together with several items, please specify in the order notes which item you wish to associate it with.
We do not accept warranty extension services on previously purchased items, the extension can only be activated at the same time as the purchase of a product.

Conditions of device coverage

The assistance offered by purchasing this service includes free repair of the device in all its parts if it has internal malfunctions that are not the user's fault, i.e. damage NOT accidentalor not resulting from falls or intrusion of liquids.
Our anti-breakage seal must remain intact during the service period, and must therefore not be removed or damaged, otherwise invalidation of the same.
If the device has consumable goods such as 'integrated batteries' o 'charger'they retain their free service for the first 30 days from the date of purchase, as they are subject to wear and tear depending on user usage.
